§ 69-13-202 — Assumption Of Validity Of Commission Orders
69-13-202 . Assumption of validity of commission orders. Until set aside or vacated by some decree or order of a court of competent jurisdiction, all orders of the commission as to any matter within its jurisdiction shall be accepted as prima facie evidence of their validity.
