39-12-102 . Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(1)"Department" means the department of labor and industry provided for in 2-15-1701 .
(2)"HELP Act" or "act" means the Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership Act provided for in Title 53, chapter 6, part 13, and this chapter.
(3)"Program participant" means an individual participating in the HELP Act program.
