87-1-707 . Water supply for the Benton Lake wildlife refuge. Consent of the state of Montana is given to the acquisition by the United States by purchase, gift, devise, or lease of a canal right-of-way approximately 66 feet in width, together with an area not to exceed 10 acres as a site for a pumping station works, or of land and water within township 22 north, range 1 west; township 23 north, range 2 west; township 23 north, range 1 west; township 23 north, range 1 east; township 23 north, range 2 east, Teton County; township 22 north, range 1 east, Cascade County; and township 23 north, range 3 east, Chouteau County for the transportation of a supplemental water supply for the Benton Lake national wildlife refuge, Cascade County, established by Executive Order No. 5228, November 21, 192
