§ 87-1-103 — Fines, Bonds, And Penalties
87-1-103 . Fines, bonds, and penalties. All fines, bonds, and penalties mentioned in this title may be collected by civil action in the name of the state in any court of competent jurisdiction. All fines, bonds, and costs shall be collected without stay of execution.
