87-1-104 . Payment of cost bill to county. In a prosecution for the violation of fish and game laws where costs are incurred, a cost bill shall be prepared. The cost bill shall include the cost of board of prisoners and shall be presented to the department of administration. If the costs are allowed, the state treasurer shall pay them out of the fish and game moneys in the state special revenue fund to the treasurer of the county where the costs were incurred.
