87-1-705 . Acquisition of land by United States for migratory bird reservation. Consent of the state of Montana is given to the acquisition by the United States by purchase, gift, devise, or lease of such areas of land or water or of land and water in sections 31 and 32 in township 28 north of range 22 west; sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 in township 27 north of range 22 west; sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in township 27 north of range 23 west, in Flathead County, Montana, as the United States may deem necessary for the establishment of a migratory bird reservation in accordance with the act of congress approved February 18, 1929, entitled: "An Act to More Effectively Meet the Obligations of the United States Under the Migratory Bird Treaty with Great Britain by
