§ 87-1-629 — Review Of Budget -- Report To Legislature
87-1-629 . Review of budget -- report to legislature. In addition to the requirements of Title 17, chapter 7, part 1, every 4 years the department shall review its expenditures and revenue to determine the need for making license revenue recommendations to the legislature. The department shall report the findings of its review to the legislature in accordance with 5-11-210 .
