87-1-302 . Commission meetings. The members of the commission shall hold quarterly or other meetings for the transaction of business at times and places it considers necessary and proper. The meetings must be called by the presiding officer or by a majority of the commission and must be held at the time and place specified in the call for the meeting. A majority of the members of the commission constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business that may come before it. The commission shall keep a record of all the business transacted by it. The presiding officer and secretary shall sign all orders, minutes, or documents for the commission.
