Text

All policies and certificates of credit life insurance and credit accident and sickness insurance shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state only by an insurer authorized to do an insurance business herein and shall be issued only through holders of licenses issued by the director.  No person shall solicit, negotiate, or procure debtors to become insured under individual or group or any other form of policy unless such person is licensed as an agent, agency or broker by the director.
