Text
1.All Missouri mutual insurance companies shall file all applications, policy forms and all endorsements, riders or amendments thereto with the director of the department of commerce and insurance. Those forms may be used upon filing unless disapproved by the director. The director may disapprove any form if it does not comply with the provisions of sections 380.011 to 380.151 , or if it contains any provision which is deceptive, ambiguous or misleading. The company shall be notified in writing of any disapproval and the reasons therefor.
2.Any disapproval of a form by the director of the department of commerce and insurance shall be subject to judicial review under the provisions of chapter 536 .
