Text

Every such company shall, on or before the first day of March in each year, file a statement with the director of the department of commerce and insurance, verified by the affidavit of its president and secretary reporting the financial condition of the company for the preceding calendar year.  The statement of financial condition shall provide such information and be in such form as may be prescribed by the director of the department of commerce and insurance.  Each company shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars to the director of the department of commerce and insurance at the time of filing the annual statement.
