1.The articles of incorporation, bylaws, and methods of operation of the Missouri technology corporation shall be consistent with the provisions of sections 348.250 to 348.275 .
2.The purposes of the corporation are to contribute to the strengthening of the economy of the state through the development of science and innovation, to promote the modernization of Missouri businesses by supporting the transfer of science, technology and quality improvement methods to the workplace; to enhance the productivity and modernization of Missouri businesses by providing leadership in the establishment of methods of technology application, technology commercialization and technology development; to make Missouri businesses, institutions, and universities more competitive and increase their likeliho
