1.The state board of registration for the healing arts may require that fingerprint submissions be made as part of an application seeking a license, as described in section 345.020 , or provisional license, as described in section 345.021 , as an audiologist, an audiology aide, a speech-language pathologist, a speech-language pathology aide, and a speech-language pathology assistant, as such terms are defined in section 345.015 .
2.If the state board of registration for the healing arts requires that fingerprint submissions be made as part of such application, the state board of registration for the healing arts shall require applicants to submit the fingerprints to the Missouri state highway patrol for the purpose of conducting a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal history b
