Mo. Rev. Stat. § 322.130 (2026).

Text

Any person who shall violate any of the regulations adopted under the provisions of sections 322.090 to 322.130 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
