Text

Whenever any quarantine order is issued as provided in section 322.040 or section 322.050 it shall be the duty of all police officers, and town marshals and constables, in their respective jurisdictions, and within the jurisdiction of such quarantine, to kill all dogs found running at large, except those which have been immunized.
