Text

1.Any person, entity, partnership, corporation, or association transporting display fireworks or articles pyrotechnic or display fireworks and articles pyrotechnic into the state of Missouri for the purpose of resale shall be permitted by the state fire marshal as a distributor or manufacturer and have obtained any applicable federal license or permit.
2.Only holders of a state-issued manufacturer or distributor permit shall be allowed to sell display fireworks and articles pyrotechnic within the state of Missouri.  A permitted manufacturer or distributor may sell display fireworks and articles pyrotechnic only to those persons who maintain either a state-issued manufacturer or distributor permit or a valid state-issued display operator license or pyrotechnic effect operator license.
