The state fire marshal, prosecuting or circuit attorney, police chief, sheriff, fire chief, or other law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the act, upon receipt of a written request from an officer, attorney or claims management personnel of any insurance company shall disclose to the insurance company and its officer, attorney or claims management personnel, all facts, documents and information in possession or knowledge of that agency or its employees concerning any fire loss reported under sections 320.081 to 320.086 which at the time of the request is the subject of a pending claim against said company; unless such disclosure would jeopardize a pending prosecution.  No police chief, sheriff, fire chief, or other law enforcement agency shall disclose any facts, documents, or i
