Text

1.  The Missouri-St. Louis metropolitan airport authority may expand the boundaries to include all or part of Madison, Monroe, and St.  Clair counties in the state of Illinois provided that:

(1)The state of Illinois shall dissolve and terminate, in the same manner as created, any authorities, or districts, acting in the same, or similar, manner as the Missouri-St. Louis metropolitan airport authority;
(2)The state of Illinois has provided for such counties to become a part of the authority and to be subject to all the provisions, duties and powers as provided in sections 305.500 to 305.585 . 2.  The presiding officer of each county within the state of Illinois which is added to the authority shall appoint one member of the authority in the same manner as provided for counties and th
