Whenever a person operating an aircraft or acting as a flight crew member of any aircraft has a positive chemical test under chapter 577 or refuses a chemical test under section 577.041 , the test result and refusal shall be reported by law enforcement agencies to the Federal Aviation Administration.  If a person pleads guilty to or is found guilty of a violation of sections 577.015 and 577.016 , a report of the conviction shall be forwarded by the court in which the conviction occurred to the Federal Aviation Administration.
