Text

Any person who shall tamper with any aircraft, or put into motion the engine of such aircraft without the permission of the owner shall be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary for a period not to exceed five years or by imprisonment in a county jail for a period not to exceed one year or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
