Text

1.The authority may operate any authority airport and may charge and collect rents, rates or other compensation for any use thereof or for any service rendered by the authority in the operation thereof pursuant to such contracts for such terms, not exceeding forty years, as the authority shall determine, which terms may begin in futuro, provided that, subject to the capacity thereof, the landing field, landing strips, and services of any authority airport shall be available to any person without unjust or unreasonable discrimination as to services and charges for landing and takeoff by any aircraft.
