Text
The department of transportation is authorized to accept and receive federal moneys, and other moneys, either public or private, for or on behalf of the state, or the political subdivisions of the state at the request of such political subdivisions, for the acquisition, construction, development, improvement, operation and maintenance of airports or other air navigation facilities in the state upon such terms and conditions as are or may be prescribed by the laws of the United States.
