The governing body of any county of the first class is authorized to pay the purchase price or the award of compensation or damages, as provided for in section 305.200 , by the issuance of revenue bonds for the taking of any real or personal property or any easement or use thereof for an airport or a landing field or an addition thereto or for any improvement or improvements on the airport, landing field, or any addition thereto.
