Text

During the establishment phase, the director may pay for the planting of trees on eligible land which is used for agroforestry pursuant to sections 252.300 to 252.333 .  Such payment shall be limited to expenses which are determined to be reasonable and necessary by the director, but shall not exceed seventy-five percent of the cost of establishment.
