Text
All moneys payable under the provisions of sections 252.010 to 252.240 shall be promptly transmitted to the division of taxation and collection in the department of revenue, which shall deposit the same in the state treasury to the credit of the conservation commission. The state treasurer shall report on the first day of each month to the commission the exact amount of money in the commission's funds.
