Text
The county commission shall not revoke or set aside any order establishing or vacating any public road, nor shall a petition to vacate or reestablish such road be entertained by such county commission for a period of one year from the time of entering the order; except that the county commission may amend any such order where necessary to carry out the purposes of this law.
