Text
Any products made by youth in a program or facility established by the division of youth services pursuant to section 219.021 which are suitable for sale may be offered for sale to the public by the division at a price not to exceed one hundred ten percent of the actual cost of supplies and materials used in making such products. Any proceeds received by the division from the sale of products pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the "Youth Services Products Fund" which is hereby established in the state treasury. Moneys in the fund shall be used solely to replenish the supply of materials used in making such products.
