Text

1.The department may receive federal grants and aids for injury prevention and for persons with brain injuries and brain injury rehabilitation under the terms of the grants and aids and administer or pay them out subject to the provisions attached.
2.The director shall approve such applications for federal assistance administered through the department as may be considered advisable after consultation with the Missouri brain injury advisory council.
