1.The following officers and their families shall, with the permission of the department of health and senior services, reside on the premises or other property of the center: center director, assistant director, physicians, and other personnel required for the center's operation as recommended by the center's director. Personnel residing at the center shall pay a monthly rental determined annually at the lower of cost or fair market value; except that the center director, with the approval of the director of the department of health and senior services, may establish a lower rate as required to fill the center's personnel needs. * 2.
