Text

Any person may grant, give or devise to the public school fund of the state any money, property, real or personal, choses in action of every kind and description.  The property shall be turned over and delivered to the state director of revenue and the proceeds thereof shall be deposited in the state treasury to be disposed of in the manner provided in section 166.091 .
