Text
Should any railroad company fail to make and return to the state tax commission and county clerks, on the proper forms, any of the reports required by the foregoing provisions of this chapter, the state tax commission shall ascertain the property of such company, from the best information they can obtain, and shall fix the value thereof; which value shall serve as the base from which the four percent penalty provided in section 151.020 is calculated.
