In addition to the report required by section 151.020 , an authorized officer of every railroad company shall, on or before the fifteenth day of April in each and every year, furnish to the clerk of the county commission of each and every county in this state in which such road or roads may be located, a duplicate of such portions of their report, as required by the state tax commission, of their distributable property in such county as required in section 151.020 , duly subscribed and sworn to by an authorized officer.
