Text
If an arrangement that is an unauthorized insurer fails to pay a claim or loss in this state within the provisions of its contract, a person who violates sections62H.10to62H.17with respect to the arrangement is liable to the insured for the full amount of the claim or loss in the manner provided by the provisions of the insurance contract.
