Text
The referee or referees shall report the sale to the court, describing the different parcels sold to each purchaser, and specifying the name of the purchaser, the price paid or secured, and the terms and conditions of the sale, which report shall be filed with the court administrator. The court may confirm or reject the sale under section558A.13after notice to all interested persons and a hearing. If rejected the court shall state its reason for rejection.
