If any provision of sections515A.1-101to515A.4-117or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of sections515A.1-101to515A.4-117which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of sections515A.1-101to515A.4-117are severable.
