Text

There is hereby created a Duluth Transit Authority for the city of Duluth, hereinafter referred to as the authority, which shall consist of nine directors, who shall be appointed to membership on such authority, and who shall have and exercise the powers, perform the duties, and be subject to the obligations hereinafter set forth in sections458A.21to458A.37. Each of the five council districts within the city shall be represented at all times on the authority, and the director representing such district shall be a resident thereof.
