Text
The county board may sell, lease, convey, or otherwise dispose of any real or personal property held for solid waste management purposes, upon determination that it is no longer needed for such purposes, or may provide for its use for other lawful county purposes. Real or personal property shall be sold, leased, and conveyed upon advertisement for bids in accordance with section373.01.
