Text

Subdivision 1.Conditions, procedures, bond. A county board may annually appropriate money to assist in maintaining a county fair managed by a county agricultural society. The appropriation shall be made either to the treasurer of the society or to some other suitable person. Subd. 2.Except Ramsey County. This section and section38.15do not apply to Ramsey County.
