Subdivision 1.Terms. When used in sections327C.015to327C.15and363A.38, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2.Class I. "Class I " means a manufactured home park that complies with the provisions of section327C.16. Subd. 3.Closure statement. "Closure statement" means a statement prepared by the park owner clearly stating that the park is closing, addressing the availability, location, and potential costs of adequate replacement housing within a 25 mile radius of the park that is closing and the probable relocation costs of the manufactured homes located in the park.
