Subdivision 1.Implied warranties. Every sale of a new manufactured home in this state is made with an implied warranty that the manufactured home conforms in all material aspects to applicable federal or state laws and regulations establishing standards of safety or quality, and with implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose as permanent housing in the climate of this state. Subd. 2.Express warranties permitted. This section does not prohibit a manufacturer or dealer from making express warranties with respect to a manufactured home, but a manufacturer or dealer may not limit, modify or disclaim the warranties implied by subdivision 1. Subd. 3.Limitations void. Any attempt to exclude, limit or modify any rights or remedies created by the warranties implied
