Subdivision 1.Applicability.
The definitions in this section apply to sections299J.01to299J.17.
Subd. 2.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the commissioner of public safety.
Subd. 3.Director.
"Director" means the director of the Office of Pipeline Safety.
Subd. 4.Emergency.
"Emergency" means a condition that poses a clear and immediate danger to life or health or that threatens a significant loss of property.
Subd. 5.Emergency release.
"Emergency release" means a release that poses a clear and immediate danger to life or health or that threatens a significant loss of property.
Subd. 6.Emergency responder.
"Emergency responder" means a fire department or company, a law enforcement official or office, an ambulance or other emergency rescue service, or the Division of Emergency Manageme
