Text
Subdivision 1.Exempted programs.
Participants who qualify for child care assistance programs under chapter142E, Minnesota supplemental aid under chapter256D, and housing support under chapter256Ion the basis of eligibility for Supplemental Security Income are exempt from this section.
Subd. 2.Earned income disregard.
The agency shall disregard the first $65 of earned income plus one-half of the remaining earned income per month.
