Text

(a)Site-based or group housing support settings must maintain a supply of opiate antagonists as defined in section604A.04, subdivision 1, at each housing site to be administered in compliance with section151.37, subdivision 12.
(b)Each site must have at least two doses of an opiate antagonist on site.
(c)Staff on site must have training on how and when to administer opiate antagonists.
