If any provision of this chapter is found to be unconstitutional and void with respect to pipelines transporting one or more of the substances enumerated in section216G.01, subdivision 3, the provision shall remain effective with respect to pipelines transporting any of the other enumerated substances. This provision shall supplement any general law on the subject of severability.
