Text
Subdivision 1.General election ballot.
The names of all candidates for offices and all ballot questions to be voted on at a school district general election must be placed on a single ballot.
Subd. 2.Primary ballots.
The school district primary ballot must conform as far as practicable with the school district general election ballot except that no blank spaces may be provided for writing in the names of candidates.
Subd. 3.Vacancies.
The names of candidates to fill vacancies at a school district special election held in conjunction with the primary or general election must be placed on the school district primary and general election ballots.
