Subdivision 1.Officers. The board shall elect from its members a president, a vice-president, and a secretary. The board shall have a common seal. It may hold meetings at such times as may be necessary and as it may determine. The board may affiliate and participate, both in and out-of-state, with regional and national testing agencies for the purpose of conducting examinations for licensure and registration. The fee charged by such an agency for conducting the examination may be in addition to the application fee established by the board pursuant to section150A.06. Subd. 2.Executive secretary; funds.
