The Minnesota Historical Society is the coordinator of the heritage interpretive zone and has a responsibility for public education relating to the zone and for certification of all historical resources established in the plan. The society may use up to four percent of funds appropriated for sections138.761to138.765for coordination. The coordinator must be on the staff of the Minnesota Historical Society and shall serve as secretary to the board.
