YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 90 of 1978 409.109 Work permit as evidence of age. Sec.

9.A work permit issued in accordance with this act shall be conclusive evidence of the age of the minor for whom issued in a proceeding involving the employment of the minor under this act.
