THE MUSEUM DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 24 of 1992 399.613 Immunity from civil liability. Sec.

13.Beginning January 1, 1993, a museum that in good faith relinquishes property in compliance with this act to a lender is immune from civil liability for that relinquishment.
