HISTORIC SITES (EXCERPT) Act 69 of 1976 399.113 Transfer of historic site by municipality to department of history, arts, and libraries. Sec.

3.Any municipality may transfer the care and control of a historic site or property suitable as a historic site to the department of history, arts, and libraries. The transfer shall be upon terms and for a period of time as may be mutually agreed upon.
